I looked over my profile to make sure my medications and allergies were listed correctly, and everything matched up. I even checked it twice just to be sure. The whole process was really easy, and it gave me some peace of mind knowing the info was right.

"Good value, but the site needs work"
For the yearly price, I think it’s a good deal. I like that I can keep my info updated without much hassle, and the wallet card showed up quicker than I expected. The website could definitely be smoother though. I also tend not to trust customer service much unless I absolutely have to contact them, so I’m glad I haven’t needed much help so far. Overall, I’m happy with it.

We had to use the emergency response, it was reliable when it mattered most. I’d seen other people mention that it gave them peace of mind, and I can understand why now. The only thing I’d say is the follow-up could have been a little faster, so I’d be curious if others had the same experience. Overall though, it worked fine and definitely helped us feel more at ease

"Not many styles to pick from"
I was hoping to find a medical ID that felt a little more modern, but most of the options looked plain to me. There weren’t many colors or designs that stood out, and some of them felt kind of outdated. I’m always a bit nervous about getting fooled by nice photos online and then ending up with something I don’t actually like, so I didn’t end up choosing one.

"Broke after just a few days"
I really wanted to like this bracelet, but it broke after only a few days of wearing it. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, so… yeah, disappointing.

Well... ordering my medical ID was easy. The site walked me through the options step by step, so I didn’t feel lost even when I was adding all my info.
Checkout was quick, and I got the confirmation email right away. I also liked being able to review everything before paying. No complaints so far, just a simple and smooth process

"Shipping was faster than I expected"
I ordered my medical ID and it actually showed up quicker than I thought it would. I got the shipping updates and the package arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars only because I kind of wish the tracking had updated a bit sooner, but overall... smooth order.

"Nice bracelet, just took a little adjusting"
I ordered a medical alert bracelet from medicalert.org and I’m happy with it. The metal has a nice weight to it, and the engraving is clean and easy to read without looking cheap
I’m giving it 4 stars because the clasp was a bit stiff when I first got it, and figuring out the sizing took me a few minutes. Once I got it adjusted though, it felt secure and reliable, so overall I’m glad I bought it

"Not feeling great about the privacy side of things"
I don’t feel very comfortable with how my data is handled here. The privacy info feels a bit vague, and when I tried to figure out what I’m supposed to do next or how to manage my settings, it wasn’t clear at all. I just wish they made the next steps more obvious and easier to understand.

"Decent app, but account settings need work"
I like the overall idea of the service and it’s easy to use in general, but managing my account has been really frustrating. The account settings just never seem to work properly, which makes it hard to make even basic changes. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, because the rest of the experience has potential.

"Renewal billing was a mess and not worth it"
I found out my plan renewed only after the charge showed up on my card, which was frustrating. I don’t remember getting any clear heads up, and when I went to check the billing page, it wasn’t exactly simple to figure out what happened.
I contacted customer service hoping they could just help me sort it out, but it felt like I was being forced to stay patient while going in circles. They mostly kept repeating policy stuff instead of actually trying to fix the issue or make it any clearer.
The service itself might be okay for other people, but the renewal and billing experience really put me off. I don’t want to have to chase answers after being charged, so I won’t be renewing again.

They did get back to me, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. But my gut feeling was that the response time was slower than I expected, and it left me feeling like the customer service was just okay.

"Love the brand, but the engraving was wrong"
I’ve always liked this brand and have ordered from them before, so I was disappointed this time. The item itself was nice, but the name was spelled wrong on the engraving, which kind of ruined it since it was meant to be a personal gift. I still want to trust them because I’ve had good experiences in the past, but this one was definitely frustrating.

"Easy swap and return"
Had to replace my medicalert bracelet becuase I picked the wrong size the first time. The return was actually easy and I didn't have to do a bunch of back and forth. Customer service got back to me fast, and the new one showed up in good shape. I thought it was gonna be more of a hassle, but it all went really smooth. 5 stars from me
